"Use Coleum Construction for your commercial needs. Greg was our point of contact. I am a developer in Naples, FL who needed a buildout in Tampa. That means I know almost nothing about the Tampa trades or General Contractors. Greg answered every question. Quickly Greg stayed on budget. Greg recommended sub contractors for small tasks we needed performed outside of our contract with Coelum Construction. "There is a difference between a contractor who’s been doing their work the same way forever, and a contractor who is eager and motivated to achieve excellence. Coelum Construction is a young company that wants to build a future. Max and company stepped in and recovered me from another contractor who was old and lazy and who had failed. Max picked the job up, gave me more than I thought I could afford with my budget, and he did a great job!!! One of the things that makes this company great is the network of tradesmen they bring along with them. I got new flooring, painting, and shower doors because of their network of honest and dependable professional friends. Also we did my villa renovation long-distance and Max’s daily communication was excellent. His motto is, “Over-communicate” and that’s exactly what he did. I got to know his team members Michael and Kyle and their great work. Also his wife Melissa was always there as administrative backup; she adds value to the company that is worthy of note. Finally, he did extras that made our life so much more wonderful; Max made sure we had an assembled bed when we arrived from out of state and the villa was clean and our stored furniture was placed inside. Max did not have to do all of that but he did. I was so grateful. I’m very fussy. Max met my high standards. I cannot recommend him and this company more highly. Thank you!"

Max and his team did an incredible job on our kitchen remodel. They took a vision that only existed in my head, and they made it come to life. I'm very picky, but I put all of my trust in Max's expertise, and I am SO glad that I did. "Max and his Crew did an Outstanding Job after my home had extension water damage. The Most Important things they did were; 1. Started and FINISHED the Job ON TIME. 2. Completed the Job ON BUDGET & did some Extras I asked for and ones they recommended. 3. Were Neat and Conscientious of my Home and Belongings. They removed the bathtub and made a fantastic Shower Stall with all the materials I picked out. They removed the damaged flooring and baseboard in the entire house and laid a new floor with detail of the coloring of wood planks and where they needed to start and finish in each room.
